Exchanges
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with an exchange or offer a store credit if the item is unavailable.
Return Process (If applicable)
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please contact us at support@xasadi.com to initiate the exchange process.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
